BOTTOM TEAM REAL ALE MADRID PUT UP A GOOD FIGHT.
Even with an under strength team, bottom team Real Ale Madrid put up a really good
performance against Incredible Misfits and with 5 minutes remaining Colin Roberts
struck the winning goal for the Misfits running out 1 – 0 winners. Both teams had
several clear cut goal scoring chances, but either good defending, goalkeeping or
missing the target was the main reasons for not hitting the back of the net.
In the game between Barakuda and Team Ream it ended all square at 2 – 2, with the
game flowing from one end to the other, both teams continued to look for the winning
strike, Tomas and Filip scored for the Barakuda goals with Gaz Sharp doing the same for
Team Ream.
Luke Williams was the match winner as he scored twice for Intellectuals as they ran
out worthy winners over Greatness, winning 2 – 0.
With top team Tudno Tigers being unable to raise a team for the night Barstuds were
awarded a 5 – 0 and 3 point win, which closes the points gap to five between them.
